Welcome to the Regional Data Catalog!

DRCOG maintains a large amount of spatial and tabular data that is crucial to regional planning and policy decisions. This data can be searched by keyword or browsed by subject. Spatial datasets can be previewed with OpenLayers (map viewer) and are available in a variety of formats, including KML, WMS, GeoRSS, and Shapefile.

Contour Index File Index file showing the geography of the 156 different sections of the 2013 Contour Dataset. Contours with 1 foot intervals were produced from the 2014 LiDAR project. Areas within the DRCOG Region are broken up into more manageable, smaller parts. Areas north of the DRCOG Region are broken up into their original larger sections. In the index file, sections where Zone = Central are in Colorado State Plane Central, and sections where Zone = North are in Colorado State Plane North Projection. 11/01/2013 Shapefile WMS KML
Contours in the DRCOG Region Contours with 1 foot intervals were produced from the 2013 LiDAR project. Access the above Index file (contour_index_drcog.zip) to see which tiles you need to download. Areas within the DRCOG Region are broken up into more manageable, smaller parts. Areas north of the DRCOG Region are broken up into their original larger sections. Using the index file, sections where Zone = Central are in Colorado State Plane Central, and sections where Zone = North are in Colorado State Plane North Projection. Counties 2014 (Using NCR points) 10 Counties that touch the DRCOG Region. Discrepancies between Counties resolved using Agreement Points from the Colorado North Central Homeland Security Region (NCR) as a guide. The NCR Agreement Points are agreed upon locations between Counties, where a road enters/leaves their jurisdiction. Boundaries were not necessarily snapped to the NCR Agreement Points.
